New to TA 3D

I didn't know where else to post this. I'm new to ta 3d and I was wondering if this game/mod still a work in progress.

Would you guys be able to do the same with tak?

On the one hand one could say it's still work in progress as it's still being developed but the engine itself is already working quite well (with the exception of a few bugs). On the other hand the remake of TA's game resources (units, weapons, map features, ...) is still in early development so you still need TA's original resources to play (or the demo) unless you want to test the small subset of units available in the free data set.

I suppose doing the same with TAK should be possible unless they completely changed the way units, weapons, animation, etc ... are stored.

TA:K should be on COB side nothing much different except it got some few new additions

TAK sure able to transform into TA3D.
But there are some new tag, like TAK's GUI should make some addtion, plugin for used able.

GUI might be a problem since TA3D uses almost the same GUI constraints as OTA but I don't know anything about TAK GUI.

It seems to be the same.
I'll have to reinstall TAK for being sure.

So it's likely to require a few changes then but that shouldn't be too complex.
