well, as far as the software renderer bug is concerned:
first, test basic SDL code that sets up an OpenGL, find a way to get acceleration then use it in TA3D :p

Once we have OpenGL working properly everywhere, we'll be able to fix texture problems :)

I can even play games, but without textures (all seems white except green grass sprites)

:shock: it doesn't crash when you run a game ?

that's ... not normal given the fact that the binary I sent you was supposed not to load script data properly it should have crashed ... well the game loads on a system it wasn't working on a few hours ago, it's a new victory :D
