I`ve just tested ver. 0.2.3. (WinXP) and found some bugs.
1. Naval Shipyards cannot be build anywere! Always red.
2. Planes have yellow line under them (height above ground).

yellow lines under planes are not a bug. Lines are there to show where the plane is. I think I should set this as an option.
