And here are my 2 cents:
I don't thing this one music track should be playing over and over. It is battle music after all and it doesn't fit building part of the game .

Plus when game lags, the imput seems to lag as well. Couple of letters are lost while we tried to communicate with each other in-game. I mean sometimes they don't appear in the chat form .

Exactly. After end of the music, loading of a next song causes a quite bad lag. Worst of all, every player in the game who has got music playing causes these lags.

Music problem is confused, when the music couldn't change, it always laged game(halt), or all ok.

hm, this maybe due to some socket related stuffs.
Did you try without AI players ?
Can you test with MP3s converted to OGGs ? (I faced a problem on some systems with MP3s so I converted them into OGGs)

I think it is just about the network connection from the client to server. You have to check the socket if it works with it. You also need some guidelines to play the online game well.
