No AI

You have a problem with TA3D, it doesn't run or it crashes...

No AI

The AI dosent work.
in default the commander just sits there
and in defensive
it spams peewees
any help on what to do?
i have Totala1.hpi and totala2.hpi and the CXX files in TA3D folder.
nothing else added apart from those files
i put an AI file into the scripts page.. called "Default"

This behaviour is normal, currently there is no AI implemented, only game scripts.

the defense.c script will send you waves of enemies and you'll have to defend your commander. But the two other scripts won't make the computer players move because there is no AI at the moment. AI is the next step in the development process, and TA3D 0.4.2 should come with at least a small AI to play against.

Check in a few weeks, maybe there will be an AI.

PS : you installed it correctly, you can also add maps, units, mods (in the mod dir if you use 0.4.1 TEST x), you can also use the rev31.gp3 file from the last TA patch.
