You have a problem with TA3D, it doesn't run or it crashes...

Hi,
I have a TA mod on the Spring RTS engine.Based on your knowledge how hard would it be for me to port it?
Its CAlled Supreme Annihilation.
I understand Id probably have to adjust balance but what about models?they are all in 3do or s3o.
There is also some lua,gadgets and widgets but some of it i can just throw away guess.
hope you can give me at least some sort of estimate on how hard porting from spring would be.

Hi,

everything that is compatible with TA engine should be understood by TA3D. Concerning models, 3DO and S3O are natively supported by TA3D (but S3O hasn't been widely tested yet so you may find a few bugs we'll be glad to fix :) ). TA3D hasn't Lua GUI stuffs yet so porting special GUI things won't be possible, you'll have to do it the OTA way.

You modify the GUI, but didn't support in mod, that change tdf/ area file will change TA3D GUI.
But lua script still devloping /:^]
