Water/model effects

water:
last time i played on crystal cracked (until it crashed :P)
and i had the water effect set to the highest setting. (ultra)?
all i saw on the coastline were white lines at different angles going up against the coast.
is this right? do i have something disabled in options menu?
if not then i think there should be better water effects, using realistic physics to determine where a water splashes on a coastline, or say, how water reacts around a ship or boat, etc......

3d models:
it kind of looks like an antialiasing is turned off (i have it enabled actually)
i mean it really looks that way to me.
maybe it is just me but idk.....i think they could be redone.

note that these are suggestions; not forcing or trying to force anybody to do these.

I personally have the water set to the lowest for the sake of OTA. The highest is ultimate, and yes I agree the white lines are ugly.

The AA on units are nice enough for me, you probably haven't got a decent graphics card for it to be enabled.

Well is the "white lines" effect in a file outside of the .exe or would i have to edit the .exe if i wanted to fix it (which i do :P)

Your AA problem might be related to your driver (I have experienced a similar issue with a few AA levels, if I set AA to 6x or above it won't work but if I set it to 4x it looks great :) )
