I've rewritten the web site interface, now it can use 2 themes : OTA and modern

Modern looks very nice! A small suggestion - maybe you should make the background just black in submenu selections instead of grey?

I doubt that site visitors will try to change the themes by themself, maybe we should make themes to be switched randomly by default? Each time someone visit the site theme is selected randomly...
