It's out !!

with bug fixes, speed improvements (loading time dramatically improved), memory requirement has been lowered, some features were added like user selectable unit limit :), network compatibility with previous versions is broken : even if you can see < TEST 11 servers and can join them, game is likely to lose synchronization, especially if you don't set unit limit to 2000, etc ...

As usual, Linux packages are in our repositories (NB: Mandriva packages aren't built yet because of an error in the packaging process ...) and other packages are here:

some extra debug packages will be built too (Ubuntu only ...) for debugging purposes (because they'll be built without optimizations they'll be much slower than normal ones)

R1303 is the SVN number for test 11.

My mod is for local resources so your user profile isn't filled with extra $%#(# and the log file goes in the log directory not somewhere in the jungles of user profile land.

Some locked down or OEM or corporate versions of windows don't allow the user slash owner of the computer to dig around in the doc & sets where the profiles are stored making the profile specific log files unavailable.


I will have an updated compiler setup and full demo posted in a few days.

debug packages for Ubuntu are in the repository :), they're not compatible with normal packages so you should uninstall them before installing a ta3d-dbg package
