TA3D 0.6 alpha 16 for win32

what's new:
  • the new mod manager
  • several bug fixes in NetClient mod related code
  • several rendering bug fixes
  • several 3DM models fixes
  • display lists are enabled again for models which uses stuffs that fit in a display list
  • small fixes in VFS code
  • a new criticalMessage function that display a popup with an error message using external tools (a "standard" message box on windows, kdialog, gtkdialog or Xdialog on other platforms depending on what is found on the system).

Niiice :P I love to play campaign with the latest versions :P

What`s are the goals for the next versions (so I don`t bother you with minor bugs like Commander D-Gun/laser lenght and aim for the major ones) ?

I guess finishing the NetClient stuffs (hosting and ranking features) will be my priority. Once it's done we'll be nearly ready for beta stage :D
