Artist?

Post by Neuralize » Wed Nov 01, 2006 9:15 pm

Hey, Z do you need a graphic artist/game artist to help you with your interface?, I can work very closely with you and make you logos and load screens. You're a very talented programmer, but I think the visual aspect of your project needs a little work.

I did a lot of work for Spring, but they used only a little bit and could never decide on what exactly they wanted.

Here is a makeshift portfolio you can look through. (There are 4 pages)

Hi,

yes we need an artist - I must admit I am better programmer than artist and the interface and the web site need a better look! I looked at your work, that's pretty good!! I really think you can help. All I need to add you to the team is a sourceforge.net account so you can access the CVS repository and the web space.

Alright, I have an account, my user name on sourceforge is Cogmaid.

Any first projects you want me to work on? Logo ideas? Website improvement ideas?

Ok you're on the developer list now.

You can start working on the logo and the website.
Maybe you can add a system of theme.

For the logo, since TA3D is TA in real 3D, it should represent this idea. The small logo I made is a bit basic: TA logo with '3D' printed on.

I think website and logo are a priority, because the game interface may evolve as we add multi-player and AI.

Hi,
I should have tell everyone I can access a computer only during the weekend (at home. In fact I can do this during the rest of the week but not for programming, only for work and I really have no time for something else).

To access the web page content you need a SSH key and a SSH client (I use WinSCP which is great). Then you use your key and your sourceforge.net account to connect to shell.sourceforge.net, then go to /home/groups/t/ta/ta3d/htdocs and it's there.
