A better name for TA3D::Paths

Post by milipili » Mon Jun 30, 2008 11:34 am

Hi !
Does someone have a better name for the namespace TA3D::Paths ?
At the begining it was only for paths. but now this namespace provides fonctions to handle both files and paths.

Then let's split it in TA3D::Paths and TA3D::Files ?

I don't think the namespace is really big enough for that but it is another solution. Which one do you prefer ?

Where will we put ::Exists() in this case ? This method works for both files and folders :)

maybe using a sub namespace : TA3D::Paths::Files ? and keeping Exists() in TA3D::Paths. I think Exists() should be kept with Paths because a path can be seen as the way to a node in the file system (either file or directory).
