What is the meaning of this define ?
Still in use ?

hm, this define is used to built against a small part of the engine. It was required by hpiview (merged with ta3d-bin) and 3dmeditor. If the code gets split in many modules it may not be required any more. I used this to reduce the size of some binary files by not including engine parts that were not required.
