So, I've reviewed that todo list, and there are some things I can help you with:
Internationalization: I think my Chinese is sufficient so that if you have something akin to an interface language file that I could create with translations for the menu commands and such, I could do it. As for unit-names/descriptions, that might be slightly above my level. Razz
3D Modeling: I'm not a true modeler, but I could probably use a procedural tree generator to make replacement models for you guys. Just tell me the format you want the models in, and I'll give it a try.
HD Textures: If you tell me the specs for the cursor textures and whatnot, I'll try and make something appealing.
Documentation: I think anybody could do this, and my writing is fairly clear and concise so if I have time and access to something like a wiki, I'll be able to contribute.
Testing: Well obviously I'm going to play the game. Very Happy
Help others: I lurk forums a lot, so if I can I will.
Port TA3D: No promises, but I could try and find people for a Mac port...maybe... Wink
Advertise: Youtube here we go! I have sufficient video editing experience, but I need to know if TA3D can dump video/sound itself, or if I need something like FRAPS.
