I suggest to set intro video in the upper part of the first game screen (where intro text showing), so the bottom part will be with the text info - the upper one - will be for the video :P We can also add video support for loading menu - cyclic play short movies of units that are already done during...

Flack cannons don`t hit planes most of time. Thay have some area effect damage in TA, but in TA3D they work different.

hm I can't reproduce it. Did you clear the cache when you switched to free data set ? Yes, I`ve cleared every time cache dir. When I add Anims to /resources/ GUI load halts. I`ll do more testing today to confirm it one more time (I`ve spend a half of an hour to find the exact dir :P ) Maybe the CC+...

Found a bug.

When launched with TA3D free resource set game halts on LODING GUI process. I`ve found that the cause is Anims folder. Can`t say more detailed. Any ideas?

Without Anims folder all works fine, of course :)

I`ve noticed it in OTA campaign mission start (5 or 6). It just have inverted polygons for a short period of time and it all return to normal. After some time it repeating. I`ll try to figure how to reproduce it exactly.

I was saying abot 16 bits because of size of maps. 32 bit`s maps will be twice bigger than 16 bits ones, and they are even 8 bit can be quite big (20-30 MB)! But support of 32 bit maps a good thing too ;P

Since TA Annihilator is onep-source map editor for TA is it possinble to upgrade it to use 16 bps textures for map creation?
Matman will create several hi-color maps for us in this case :P What do you think, Zuzuf?

I`ll update it gladly :P One more bug - underwater building doesn`t affect coursor of construction units - as example - if it`s not build till the 100% i can`t click on the underwater buildng to finish building with construction unit selected (coursor don`t change it`s shape to assemble-style). I`m playing TA campaign with FOW and it looks very VERY nice. But I noticed that ARM Construction Ship can`t build anything, should be fixed. P.S. Strange bug, the next time i run TA3D it was gone, and Contr. ship was able to build all the buildings. And got one strange crush (maybe toTA3D - related)

I`ve found a some new bugs.

Arm bomber Thunder can`t fly if ordered to move, it can only fly if ordered to attack.
Radar/sonar and other -ar units doesn`t have their area of affect drawn.


Planes moving is nice :) Shooting of Brawler is not yet nice :P

if you want to PLAY TA3D
you`ll definately need the new 3D models of features and units. So the resources pack MUST BE.
