Re: New sky textures

Done! Images were large in file size so i had to make them smaller, just ask me if you wish to have the full size images. I couldn't really do much with space skies so one of the images is there 4 times, you don't need to replace all of them if you don't want to. :) http://www.box.net/files#/files/0...

On another note I saved the two camera mode icons in 24-bit not 32. So if you have any minor issue, that's probably why. And wtf at the arrow and circle images, so hard to edit without problems. :o

Re: TA3D 0.6 beta 13 for win32

Well I noticed in metal maps I tend to get the "send/dont send" error report and it crashes the game. sometimes this happens mid-game and sometimes right after loading the map. Well in the current state, aircrafts are rather sucky looking, they're all jittery when the height map goes bumpy. Is there...

Re: Creating 16 bit maps for TA3D

Bridges in TA are impossible unless it's part of the height map. Because OTA didn't allow units to use models as a 'ground' to walk on. I'm hoping theres a possible way with your engine, to allow me to make models of bridges in the maps. Even platforms that units can stand on.

Re: TA3D 0.6 beta 13 for win32

Is it possible to make aircrafts fly at their set altitude based on the water level height or something similar to that so that aircrafts have a smooth flight (as if they were flying on a completely flat map). It doesn't have to be the water level, even the average height or something, just would be...

Change them, basically. I suggest the spring way, using sprites (images) to make the lasers look cooler, they also don't look like lasers in TA3D at the moment, they look dull. They need to be lighter rather than coloured stretched blobs. I made an example of what I mean with two of my own home made...

If you head over to this site you can find all the textures you need for models like this.

http://www.filterforge.com/filters/ if you click by category it makes things easier, and there's thousands of good stuff there. All tile able.
