You all said this last time, that there was a script. Obviously either nothing was done or it didn't work. There si no reason websvn should be making so many cache files. I would suggest disabling the creation and downloading of zip files out of svn folders in the config, checking for updates, and g...

Wouldn't that confuse with Macros?

I always found capitalizing the first letter of every word in a class and prefixing with C or I depending on the class type was best for me, and then capitalizing the first letter of every word except the first in variable names.

I tried looking at bug trackers for AFLobby and NTai on darkstars a while back, and came upon mainly mantis and Trac. What you have at the moment uses mysql, and I would have thought it would be more logical to use a flat file based storage considering the cost of sql queries. This isn't really suitable because unless the user has extracted the maps out into the maps folder the lobby isn't going to be able to tell what map is being played. With regards to comments it may be better to use the javadoc/doxygen style notation e.g.:

Code: Select all

/*
 * random function
 *
 * @param x A random x variable
 * @param y A random y variable
 *
 * @return a bannana variable
 */
Any thoughts on this?

I would strongly reccomend against using media wiki, you're only letting yourself in for a world of pain regarding pages that laod at a snails pace. That and my host is a shared environment, and mediawiki is particularly cpu intensive. If it becomes popular then it may end up in a recycle bin somewh...

Sometimes a new feature requires structural changes which make other features easier to implement. For example, multiple engine support in AFLobby forced me to do a lot of refactoring which sped up the entire program and improved stability. I have a lot of prettier cleaner code and interfaces now too.
